Golf for every lifestyle! Searching for something different in a golf membership? would you like to play golf every day but your community doesn't have a golf course? Are you only in the area for a limited time each year? No matter, we've got the membership for you. Non-Resident Memberships are for members not residing within IRCC. Non-resident members are entitled to use all amenities: golf, tennis, heated pool, fitness center, and much, much more. Non-resident members have all the rights and privileges as resident members including a vote at the annual IRCC governance meeting. (Click here for details and restrictions.) Seasonal Golf Memberships are for local residents (Viera and throughout Brevard County)- either fulltime or part time (i.e "Snowbirds"). Seasonal golf members are able to use IRCC's Golf Course in addition to the Pro Shop and the 19th Hole Lounge.
