Non-Resident Memberships
These members do not reside within IRCC and membership acceptance will be in accordance with IRCC policies. Non-Resident Members use IRCC as a home away from home and are, hopefully, future Resident Members. These members are entitled to use all amenities. Only golf and tennis require payment for play; payment may be on an annual, pay monthly or pay-as you-play basis.

1) The Non-Resident Memberships begin on the first day of payment of IRCC's one-time capital contribution. These memberships are for one or two persons residing in the same household. Non-Resident Members enjoy the amenities of IRCC indefinitely.

2) Guests of Non-Resident Members enjoy golf and tennis on a pay-as-you-play basis. Guest fees will be those of a Guest of a Non-Resident. Guests should be accompanied by the hosting Non-Resident Member on the golf course, driving range, practice greens and 19th Hole.

3) All Non-Resident Members and their guests must be properly attired, i. e., collared shirt or mock turtleneck are required on the practice greens, driving range and the course; no cut offs or blue jeans are allowed.

4) Vehicles, including golf carts, driven on IRCC grounds must be registered with IRCC and properly insured. Golf carts may not be trailered or trucked into IRCC. IRCC will provide one cart for each two persons playing golf with the same starting time.

5) Non-Resident Members will be required to pay an annual paid monthly or pay-as-you-play fee, which includes both green and trail fees. A monthly contribution to the IRCC Capital Reserve Fund will also be required. Fees will be in accordance with the current IRCC fee schedule.

6) Non-Resident Members have voting rights in IRCC elections and meetings. All Non-Resident Members are expected to comply with the Bylaws, rules and other directives that affect other Members.
